This cookbook is in the Glentunnel Museum collection, and carries local advertisements for Canterbury businesses, including Beaths, Tai Tapu Butter, the Christchurch Municipal Electricity Department (MED), Ballins Brothers Fruit Cordial, Ballantynes, Strange's Department Store, among others.
