Recollections
Add16th Dec 2021 2:38PMI remember fishing for flounder with my Dad at Lake Ellesmere when I lived at Selwyn Huts in the early 2000s. I would sit in a box wedged into a tyre tube with the flounder and Dad and I would go out each morning before school in summer. The flounder tasted great fried on the barbeque with lemon!
